the first two commits are merge in pr #36

build an account app

• build a new registration form using django forms - user creation form
• build a logic for login and logout using auth library add small changes in settings and urls to support the accounts app extend user db from the basic user db in django -using class Meta method build two html pages for registration and login - basic html for display the logic was built in accounts app

the registration form logic not yet checks validation as in user already has been signed by that email / username the user table in admin does not show all categories that I was adding to the registration form. Still need to fix it. solve #23

The first 2 commits are #36 PR. By mistake I uploaded them in this PR and didn’t know how to change without making crucial error. So, in this PR I have 3 commits - 2 are very small (changes in templates and setting) and the third one is a new app (the massive change of this PR)
