- Bump version of lifecycle to 0.17.0, pack cli: 0.30.0-rc1
- Removed -stack=/layers/stack.toml from export phase as non supported.
- Removed the if conditions from githubactions.
- Aligned images of paketo builder to use also lifecycle 0.17 for platform 0.12
