Create a github flow supporting to build a quarkus container using as documented here the Quarkus Getting started example and Pack client.

Scenario

• Install a local docker registry
• Install the pack client - https://buildpacks.io/docs/tools/pack/
• Git clone the Quarkus Getting started example
• Do the pack build using the BP_*** env vars and push the image to the registry
• Run the container and verify that you get as response hello coder when you curl curl http://localhost:8080/hello/greeting/coder
