Some remarks:

• An issue has been discovered to build the stack images as jam cannot copy the images.json file. See: https://github.com/redhat-buildpacks/testing/issues/62
• Daniel Mikusa proposes to try: https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/libpak-tools/?tab=readme-ov-file#libpak-tools-package-bundle as they're moving the tooling out of libpak into its own project, with a single binary (multi-command) and we'll eventually be publishing binaries there. The tool includes what was create-package but it also has everything all in one command to compile, assemble, and containerize a buildpack/extension. That's the link above.
