Allow storing passwords and other sensitive data encrypted #22

Using hiera-eyaml, we should be able to store passwords and other sensitive data encrypted.

Should be done after or in #18

Note: hiera-eyaml-gpg might be used instead of the base encryption to allow better sharing/access control on who can access the passwords.

Note2: This is a feature often requested from clients.

One of the blockers we could have with the feature is that it's not supported and packaged in RHEL7. Let's investigate how to solve it.
