make server blink as long as it is being installed #79

When installing servers onsite, it's convenient to have visual effect of the installation in progress.

ex, before starting the deployment:

ipmitool -I lanplus -H xxIPxx -U xxUserxx -P xxPasswordxx -v chassis identify force

then when it's done:

ipmitool -I lanplus -H xxIPxx -U xxUserxx -P xxPasswordxx -v chassis identify 0
