Add script to add computes nodes after the initial installation

Usage:

Prepare your edeploy and puppet configuration for the new hosts (cmdb, specs, ethers, $env.yml, ...)
fix apache configuration to be able to use edeploy until, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/puppet-openstack-cloud/+bug/1462072
deploy the hosts: echo 0 > /etc/config-tools/step add_computes.sh $host

@nhicher I like this, but there's a lot of duplicate code between add_new_script.sh and configure.sh. I'd prefer that the duplicated code could be placed functions in another source file that could then be used by the two scripts.

I agree, I have just quickly duplicate configure.sh to be able to deploy another node. I will work on that's point quickly ;)
