Add support for CentOS 7.0 in base role #110

Can you please merge this ? This lack of elif prevent base role from being built on a ubuntu host: "Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: base/$releasever/x86_64"

I don't know what happen with the previous pull request, but it have not been merged :(

Ok for the patch. But please rework you commit. The title doesn't match the patch and you don't provide any message in your commit. It would be nice to add some context & explanation about the patch in it
