unexpected keyword argument 'lockname' #170

Using the HEAD of the eDeploy git repository, hit the following issue trying to provision an installserver on bare metal. I can provide the entire debug log file, not sure if this is the best place to do so.

hrm.. this may have been fixed after reporting via email in 48eec9cb920c47f1ef9c365a6cb5199ee54b50ec
