What does this PR do?

Added ability to add extra vars files in aap_setup_install role.

How should this be tested?

I haven't had the chance to test yet but running the setup_install role with aap_setup_inst_extra_vars_files set.

Is there a relevant Issue open for this?

Provide a link to any open issues that describe the problem you are solving. resolves #117
