Update Roles to use include_tasks #22

What does this PR do?

Update existing roles to use include_tasks instead of include per https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/ansible/builtin/include_module.html

Other Relevant info, PRs, etc.

Currently blocking CI for https://github.com/redhat-cop/agnosticd/pull/3228

Please publish a dev release to Galaxy after merge.
