Make devel the default branch for this repo #8

Done, and devel is protected as well (not completely but hopefully good enough). Let me know if all looks good before I delete master and close this issue.

master is contained in devel, @Tompage1994 agrees with me, all is good :smirk: , deleting master and closing this issue.
