OCP4_GITOPS: Change admin user and remove web terminal operator #8741

SUMMARY

This PR updates the admin user from opentlc-mgr to admin to match what is in agnosticv. It also removes the web terminal operator since it is no longer needed with showroom and removes the console link from user data.
