collapse all subsections in roles/ #23

I was a bit put off by roles/ not having the expected [%collapsible] sections, I hammered a few in on a local branch. Then I saw https://github.com/redhat-cop/automation-good-practices/issues/1#issuecomment-778796831

Merge if it helps with redhat-cop/automation-good-practices#1 or close the MR if the edit I made is too rough.
