RFE: link to getting started section instead of docs index page

Recommended practices for all elements of automation using Ansible, starting with collections and roles, continuing with playbooks, inventories and plug-ins... These good practices are planned to be used by all Red Hat teams interested but can of course be used by others.

RFE: link to getting started section instead of docs index page #30

It is my experience that new users prefer a getting started guide to an idex page of docs; as such I'd rather link to https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/user_guide/index.html#getting-started than https://docs.ansible.com/ in the GPA introduction.
