@cidrblock A lot of word smithing will be needed to add Explanations, Rational, and Examples to the bullet list of recommendations we drafted. I've taken a start here so we can revise in reviews.

Approved in today's CoP meeting. Thanks, we really need someone who really knows their plugin writing (beyond copy -> paste -> adapt)
