containers.podman not declared as collection dependency within galaxy.yml.j2 #54

Summary

The containers.podman collection is not declared as a dependency in the galaxy.yml file. Therefore when installing the collection and running ee_builder, the role fails out due to it not being able to find the containers.podman.podman_image module from that collection.
