leapp_upgrade_type is set to satellite skip #107

there has been an instance where if you over write the default of leapp_upgrade_type to satellite (the default) with extra vars it skips the Register to leapp activation key task. with satellite_organization and satellite_activation_key_leapp defined.

wrong code version so satellite wasn't the correct values
