[RFE] Use Fedora CoreOS instead of CentOS/RHEL #283

Wouldn't be nice to use Fedora CoreOS (or RHCOS...) as a helper node? We've documented how to (ab)use Fedora CoreOS as hypervisor here so maybe it can be leveraged to have a 100% container based helper node :)
