Create Multiple Customers with same ID #86

As a user I am able to create multiple customers with the same ID and details. This should be restricted as will cause confusion as to which customer you are working on.

tested and can still create a customer with the same ID

we're going to run into this same issue for applications and possibly members too.

Now gives an error if you try to create one with the same ID
