Some minor tweaks and corrections

asciidoctor complained about certain elements so I applied a few corrections. Github's implementation doesn't seem to care so I'm not terribly attached to those particular changes. I did some clean up on the text and fixed some paths that didn't match what was actually being deployed, however.
