Ambiguous instructions #10

With all of these examples using FunctionApp.java it isn't always easy to orient yourself as to where you are. This set of instructions makes me feel more than a little lost to me.

Reading further on, I guess I am supposed to update hello-web but that wasn't clear to this point.
