Improved readme.adoc and removed existing files

This PR contains the following changes

• It moved existing files/projects/folders to "solutions/" folder as I faced a Maven exception: "Directory xxxx already exists. Please run from a clean directory"
• It reduces the size of "Java Code" as it doesn't contain the complete class that was changed. - It makes easier for the user to identify what has changed and reduce the size of the readme file
• It adds a -Dversion and -DinteractiveMode=false to the Maven archetype creation
• Adds the package redhat-developers-demo to the function splitUpperAndSort
