Do not block CDK installation if detected Virtualbox version is newer than required #1309
Current implementation is allow to use detected Virtualbox if version range is 5.1.24 >= version < 5.2.0 otherwise it is blocking installation for CDK. There should be no upper limit and installer should show warning about using newer not tested Virtualbox rather than simply blocking installation.
