Support triggering optional component selection when specific combination of components selected for installation #1356
Example is DevStudio CDK plugin is using cygwin's rsync.exe for certain features when work with CDK. When DevStudio and CDK both selected Cygwin should be selected for install by default and not selected otherwise.
