chore(ODC-612): remove git controllers and import them from devconsole-git repo via dependency

The controllers were moved to devconsole-git repo, so this PR:

removes the controllers
keeps the files add_gitsource.go and add_gitsourceanalysis.go and just change the import path there
updates dependency to fetch the latest commit of devconsole-git repo
