Can't access Breakpoint Properties from Generic Editor #109

Let's make sure issue is not already fixed in snapshots first.

[x] I verified I can reproduce this issue against latest snapshots build

Steps to reproduce

From a fresh installation and clean workspace:

In a .java file open with the generic editor
Put a line breakpoint somewhere

I tried

Right-click on breakpoint in the annotation bar to access the "Breakpoint Properties"

I expected: a context-menu "Breakpoint Properties"

But got: No such menu

Here is some relevant log output form (`<workspace>/.metadata/.log`)

OS & version: Fedora 39
Eclipse IDE/Platform version: Latest I-Build
