fix: update modified descriptor, use correct thread when processing change

This is needed by https://github.com/redhat-developer/intellij-openshift-connector/issues/524 where nodes notify changes in background threads. There are 2 things changed here:

• onModified should update descriptor that's modifed (was: only invalidate children)
• onModifed, onAdded, onRemoved should invalidate using the invoker thread, not the current thread.
