Stop generating an ArgoCD CR #149

Currently, we generate an ArgoCD CR to configure ArgoCD to work well with Kam.

https://github.com/redhat-developer/gitops-operator/pull/29 will mean that this is redundant.

We should not generate an ArgoCD struct
