Update gitops-commit-status SHA to v0.0.2 #321

What type of PR is this?

Uncomment only one /kind line, and delete the rest. For example, > /kind bug would simply become: /kind bug

What does this PR do / why we need it: This PR update the SHA of gitops-commit-status container image to pick up v0.0.2 which includes multi arch supports (amd64, ppc64le and s390x)
