Server window doesn't look nice with larger font sizes #374

The tabs may overlap with the header:

Also, the window is not scrollable, so if the inner panel were to overflow, the entire window would have to be resized for the hidden elements to be visible:

Environment:

Screen size: 1366×768
UI font: Inter
UI font size: 16

It seems that it is the same issue than https://github.com/redhat-developer/lsp4ij/issues/324 and as I'm very busy with other important LSP features and IJ Quarkus, I can work now on this issue.

Any contribution are welcome!
