[bug] No spot machines on Azure with minimum eviction rate #219

Tracking down the issue the problem comes from the graph query which is returning empty values. Even using sample queries from azure doc https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/blob/main/articles/virtual-machines/spot-vms.md#pricing-and-eviction-history image

Also created an internal technical issue as I can not find nothing in particular about the issue
