Missing vm-size param on tekton task for AWS RHEL #247

https://github.com/redhat-developer/mapt/pull/246 introduced a new cmd param to allow pick custom vm-sizes for RHEL machines.

In order to make use of the new parameter within Tekton we need to add it to the AWS RHEL task
