Keep Add ... button (currently displayed when the list is empty)
Add a - after each item

Examples:

[ ] Commands/Args in Container form
[ ] Envrironment variables in Container form (- should delete the entire key-value row)
[ ] Composite commands in Command form
[ ] Image Build Args
