Won't stay logged in on Mac Pro with M1 Chip #145

When I click "Manage Authentication" I see I am logged out. I click "Sign In" and am taken to Red Hat SSO in the browser, and upon successful log-in I am redirected back to Podman. I stay logged in for mere seconds before the Extension logs me out again.

I am getting this on windows 10, the tasks tab shows that Activating Red Hat Subscription failed with exit code 125.

I've just encountered this while testing Podman Desktop 1.12 on M2 Pro chip

also seeing it on Windows 10, I believe we had this problem before, I think this is a regression

Could this be resurgence of https://github.com/redhat-developer/podman-desktop-redhat-account-ext/issues/130 ?

retested with cleaned up host (configs, appdata) and created a default machine - login now works
