[Test issue] StaleElementReferenceError during workspace removal #1987

Issue problem: StaleElementReferenceError occurs when attempting to remove the workspace.

TimeoutError: Exceeded maximum visibility checkings attempts, problems with 'StaleElementReferenceError' of 'By(css selector, #add-item-button)' element

Seen once on production cluster 2 1x https://ci.centos.org/job/devtools-rh-che-periodic-prod-2/3455/console
