On https://developers.dev.redhat.com/products/codeready-workspaces/download the titles and hero are out of alignment

Do we need to add a new alert design for this one? It looks like the "thank you for downloading..." isn't appearing because we don't have a style to take it over. @sjcox-rh

@gdoyle1 is it to just look like the old design?

@alistairmc I don't see that "Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces" link appearing on the live site in any way. Do you think we can just delete it?
