Stage for new site and updated documentation #412

Remove the old site configuration and RHD documentation. This is in preparation for the new RHDDX Documentation site, which is currently in a prerelease state.

This PR moves all of the content into a backup folder (site-backup_02172020), which mirrors the precut branch before this PR was created (https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhd-frontend/tree/site_backup_02172020).

Closing - archiving this repo would make more sense, rather that rearranging the files.
