Fix 6.0 tests to work #463

This now makes the following work:

VERSIONS= IMAGE_OS=RHEL8 SKIP_VERSION_CHECK=true ./build.sh

I am not sure why this package was dropped in #461. Is the base image undergoing changes?

Yeah, I saw that too. I'm not sure why it wasn't there, but it is back again. It seems odd to me for a package like that to oscillate.
