Pressing 'Enter' to add Dev Spaces endpoints does not work #74

To reproduce the issue,

  1. Open the extension's options page
  2. Type in any url in the Add endpoint textbox
  3. Press Enter on your keyboard

Instead of adding the url, pressing Enter refreshes the options page instead
