Update supported Wildfly servers in README #593

If I'm not mistaken Wildfly server versions 25, 26, 27 and 28 are supported already. At least I'm using Wildfly 28 from this extension and it works flawlessly. So, I just did a quick update to reflect the supported Wildfly server version in the README.
