The tooling image used for web terminals comes with common binaries (e.g. oc, kubectl) but is only built for amd64.
Describe the solution you'd like
If tooling supports additional architectures (e.g. ppc64, s390x, arm64) we should look into building versions of the tooling image that support those architectures.
