Fixed anchor format and added note about context variable #11

Updated Anchor section with note on {context} variable, with link to "Reusing Modules in Assemblies" in Mod Doc Ref Guide, and changed anchor format from [id='section-header-{variable}'] to [id='section-header_{variable}'], per previous discussions and per format in Mod Doc Ref Guide.
