Introduction to Building Content #71

Note: there's a lot of overlap between building and publishing, should we consider merging these two chapters?

@finp I think Publishing should be focused on describing hosting services and how to upload built sources to them. From that perspective, it makes sense to keep those two chapters separate.

@pmkovar I agree that "Publishing" should focus on hosting/uploading, but that doesn't seem to be what the current content addresses. I'm suggesting moving the current content (asciibinder/travis) into "Building". If we have content that addresses hosting/uploading I've no problem with that being in a "Publishing" chapter.

@finp Travis+GH Pages is really about hosting and uploading (automatically). The asciibinder section talks about asciibinder package which is, well, a prerequisite to uploading to a hosting site.
