Assemblies in sample repo zip use the old/wrong parent context recommendation #107

Fixed by #106 , which is pending review and merge.

Also, the diagrams in the nesting assemblies section are likewise outdated, and I explain in PR #106 that whoever initially did the diagrams and still has the editable source files can more easily make the update. If not, I can reinvent the wheel, but would prefer not to.
