Re-organize /okd into /deployment + Comment fix #26

  1. /okd will make more sense if its placed under /deployment, along with /k8s. Since the directory was created to hold deployment scripts and instructions for setup.
  2. Reducing length of comment on install_packages.sh for easier readability.
