Replace plain text samples with their Markdown versions #17
We discussed yesterday that we should prefer Markdown sources to plain text.
The main advantage of Markdown is that it keeps information like:
document structure (what is a heading, which level, what are code blocks, etc)
links
At the same time, markdown is still quite readable as plain text, and if necessary some simple pre-processing can be done to get back to the pure plain text versions.
This PR replaces the sample data added in #11 with the markdown versions.
