grafana-operator: missing crds and operator is not alive #48

There is a installed operator subscription: https://github.com/redhat-et/rosa-apps/blob/1e52552eee40582cb4bf14d9dfa977ef89d63a1b/cluster-scope/base/operators.coreos.com/subscriptions/grafana-operator/subscription.yaml#L2-L11

But:

unable to recognize "grafana.yaml": no matches for kind "Grafana" in version "grafana.integreatly.org/v1beta1"
unable to recognize "grafana.yaml": no matches for kind "GrafanaDashboard" in version "grafana.integreatly.org/v1beta1"
