@greg - i found 1 more issue from the move of sigstore -> trusted-artifact-signer - I moved the sealed-secrets you added in https://github.com/redhat-et/rosa-apps/pull/85 to the dir trusted-artifact-signer/overlays/tas/... and removed the overlays/rosa dir
