Pull in by reference Patrick's document on the GUID Grabber. Also REGION and GUID are redundant. None of these are provided by the instructor. Specify the UserName and password. Should we use user1?

So the GUID Grabber for a dedicated environment is at https://github.com/RedHatDemos/RHTE-2018/blob/master/GG/gg-dedicated.adoc. The GUID Grabber response will specify a username of lab-user and the standard password.
